- We will fully refund within 3 to 5 working days from application date if the order received is damaged/defect and is non-replaceable. We will not accept any complaint of any order after 5 (FIVE) days from the date of delivery of the order.
- We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for return /refund of products
- If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. You must return the order in original and proper packaging.
- To cancel the order you may have to write down us at email@example.com mentioning the reason behind your cancellation or you may call us to our customer service number. We will initiate the refund in next 24-48 hours after receiving the request. The refund may get reflected in your bank account in next 15 working days or depending as per your bank policy.
Replacement is applicable for the following cases:
- If the package or product is damaged during transit.
- Received an un-sealed product.
- If product is not working at first attempt.

Return and Refund Policy:
- Refund value (if applicable) against cancellation of any order will apply 2% extra charges of the total cart value.
- Shipping charges (both sides) will be applicable in case of any order returned to us after the order has been dispatched.
- Refund (after deductions) will be initiated only after we received the products.
- Decisions in all circumstances made by AB Highsky Infotech Pvt Ltd. will be final.
- Refund request for your order will be honored as following :
- 100% Refund : If request received before the order is dispatched.
- 75% refund – If request received after the order is dispatched.
- No Refund : If the item is delivered and you no longer need/require the item although the item is working perfectly.
